Who processes the data
The data controller is LLC E-Nomad (brand: E-Nomad edu), Republic of Kazakhstan. Registration details and the contact address for requests are shown in the site footer.
What we collect
- Email address and name — when you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Name, email, phone, company and message — when you send a corporate enquiry.
- IP address, user agent and consent timestamp — as evidence of newsletter consent.
- Anonymous visit statistics — no cookies, no profiling.
Why
Subscription data is used only to send the emails you subscribed to. Enquiry data is used only to answer your training request. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Email delivery provider — confirmation emails and newsletter issues.
- Hosting and file storage — serving the site and its media.
- Visit analytics — aggregate statistics with no personal data.
How long we keep it
Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe; afterwards the record remains marked "unsubscribed" so that we never contact you again by accident. Corporate enquiries are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe in one click from any email, request a copy of your data, or request its deletion. Send the request to the contact address in the site footer; we respond within a reasonable time.
